ONEOK announced this week that it’s upcoming annual on May 20 will be a virtual meeting because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
In order to protect the health and well-being of shareholders, employees, directors and the public, the company decided its annual meeting of shareholders would be a virtual meeting only.
No in person gathering. The meeting will be held Wednesday, May 20 beginning at 9 a.m. Information of the decision to go virtual was made in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
