Cimarex gets production of 4,300 barrels of oil a day out of 4 wells

The Denver, Colorado-based Cimarex Energy has filed completion reports on a four well-single pad site that has combined crude oil production of more than 4,300 barrels a day in Oklahoma’s STACK play.

The Lehman Com 7-11h wells are located several miles northeast of the Blaine County community of Greenfield and were drilled last year at 11 15N 11W.

The largest of the four produced 1,594 barrels of oil a day along with 2,889 Mcf of gas. Completion on each of the wells came in December 2018 in the Mississippian play. Another well had production of 1,161 barrels of oil a day while the two remaining wells had production of 886 and 714 barrels of oil a day.

But Cimarex wasn’t finished with drilling in Blaine County and reported a two-well single pad site with combined production of 1,649 barrels of oil a day. The two wells are located at 13 16N 12W and at the northwest edge of the city of Watonga. The Sewell Bia 2-H-1312x wells were drilled in the spring of 2018 and completion was made in November 2018.

Oklahoma City-based Chaparral Energy filed completion reports on a two-well single pad site in Canadian County with combined production of 1,360 barrels of oil a day. Located at 20 12N 6W, the Denali 1206 1umh-20 and 2umh-20wells are south of Interstate 40 and west of Banner Road.  One had production of 690 barrels of oil a day plus 2,730 Mcf of gas and the second had production of 670 barrels of oil and 3,210 Mcf of gas.
