Another filing by OGE with the Securities and Exchange Commission reflects a change in ownership of company shares. OGE’s Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Kenneth R. Grant sold 1,500 shares valued at $42.195 each. The Feb. 27, 2019 transaction left him with more than 14,000 shares through direct and indirect ownership.
