A whining winner in the race for the Panasonic plant in Kansas?

  At least one writer has some misgivings about Kansas winning the race with Oklahoma to land a $4 billion electric vehicle battery-manufacturing plant. 500 mile line to carry New Mexico wind power to Western states

  A 500-mile transmission line is planned to carry electricity from New Mexico wind farms to urban markets in Arizona and California. The SunZia Transmission project was acquired by Pattern Energy and will combine with the company’s existing plans to develop wind power in the region reported the Carlsbad Current-Argus.
