Wynnewood Refinery’s Supreme Court challenge to be heard April 27

  The U.S. Supreme Court plans to hear appeals on April 27 on the ruling against Oklahoma’s Wynnewood refinery in a fight over mandated biofuels production. New Mexico coal-fired power plant to limit operations in 2023
