Corporation Commission deadline approaches for new filing system

A deadline is approaching for energy firms that do filings with the Oklahoma Corporation Commission.

Beginning November 1 of this year, all filing submissions to the commission Court Clerk will have to be made through the agency’s new Electronic Case Filing System.

The only exception will be pro se or confidential fillings as allowed by state law.

In making the deadline announcement, the commission stated that a request for an exception to this rule or assistance with filing documents should be addressed to the Court Clerk’s Office at (405) 521-2352 or courtclerk@occ.ok.gov.
