The EPA’s stepped in to do something about increasing the production of gasoline in East Texas after a regional refinery cut its production.
The Environmental Protection Agency issued an emergency air-quality waiver to Delek U.S. Holdings’ oil refinery in Tyler, Texas reported Reuters.
