Rig count slips in Oklahoma but grows nationwide

  Baker Hughes reported Friday the number of rigs active in Oklahoma dropped to 51 while nationally, numbers increased by 5 to 650. Oklahoma’s numbers fell by two in the past week but nationally, the count included a gain of oil rigs by 2 to reach 522. Gas rig numbers grew by 3 to 127. …
