Tulsa’s Helmerich & Payne announced it plans to release its fiscal first quarter 2022 earnings report on Tuesday, Feb. 1, 2022.
The company will hold a conference call at 10 a.m. Central Time featuring John Lindsay, President and CEO, Mark Smith, Senior Vice President and CFO and Dave Wilson, Vice President of Investor Relations.
In the fourth quarter of 2021, the company reported a net loss of 74 cents per diluted share as revenues increased by $12 million to $293 million. During the quarter, the company’s North America Solutions segment had 127 active rigs, up 5%. Helmerich & Payne also reported the sale of eight FlexRig land rigs to ADNOC Drilling for $86.5 million.
