The New Mexico Supreme Court is being asked to rule on the legality of the state’s rejection of plans by Public Service Company of New Mexico to abandon its Four Corners Power Plant by the end of 2024.
The Santa Fe New Mexican reports PNM is challenging the decision by the Public Regulation Commission.
