PSO storm cost issue delayed before Oklahoma regulators

An apparent settlement was reached this week by Public Service Company of Oklahoma in its request to securitize nearly $732.5 million in February 2021 winter storm costs.

The matter known as CAUSE NO. PUD 202100076 was to have been handled Monday by Oklahoma Corporation Commissioners but an announcement was made that PSO and other involved parties wanted time to file the stipulation and settlement.

The issue was recessed until 9:30 a.m. January 5 in courtroom 301 of the Jim Thorpe building. No further details were revealed.
