NGL Energy Partners plans to issue its fiscal 2022 third quarter financial results early in February.
The Tulsa-based company announced it will release the earnings report after the close of markets on Wednesday, February 9, 2022.
Members of NGL’s management team intend to host an earnings call following this release on Wednesday, February 9, 2022 at 4:00 pm CST to discuss its financial results.
NGL reported a $1.2 million second quarter loss from continuing operations. The firm stated at the time that excluding losses on the disposal or impairment of assets, income for the quarter was $12.5 million compared to $11.9 million in the second quarter of fiscal 2021.
Adjusted EBITDAA for the second quarter was $146.3 million, up from the $138 million reported a year earlier.
