SandRidge Energy announced the resignation of one of its members of the board of directors.
In a filing with the Securities & Exchange Commission, the company stated that director Patricia Agnello submitted her resignation as an independent director from the board on December 28, 2021 and it was effective immediately.
The filing also stated that Agnello “did not resign as a result of any disagreement with the company on any matter relating to the company’s operations, policies or practices.”
Agnello had also served as a director of CVR Energy, Inc. since 2018 and was the Chief Human Resources Officer & Employment Counsel for Icahn Enterprises L.P. since March 2020. In such capacity, she provides human resources guidance to the company and other companies with which Carl Icahn has a relationship.
