Tulsa-based Bluemark Energy has gone to court seeking payment of an unpaid $170,000 gas bill owed by the small town of Alma, Kansas stemming from the February winter storm.
Alma, a town of about 800 people was sued this month in U.S. District Court in Kansas reported the Kansas Reflector.
