More completed wells and new drilling in Oklahoma

 

Producing Oil & Natural Gas Leasing Opportunities in Oklahoma

 

Among some of the last completion reports for Oklahoma wells is a Devon Energy producer with more than 1,000 barrels of oil a day in Canadian County.

The Miller-miller 2_22-12n-9w 4hx, located at 2 12N 9W south of Calumet had production of 1,041 barrels of oil a day and 7,833 Mcf of natural gas from a drilling depth of 22,394 feet. The well had a January 2021 spud date with completion in August.

Another Canadian County well was completed  by Travis Peak Resources LLC based in Austin, Texas. The Glorietta 7_6-12n-82 3mhx, located at 7 12N 8W, west of El Reno along Interstate 40 had production of 142 barrels of oil a day and 2,021 Mcf of natural gas from a depth of 22,185 feet. The well had an April 2021 spud date with completion in September.

Lynx Oklahoma Operating LLC based in Oklahoma City reported completion of a Caddo County well with production of 404 barrels of oil a day and 554 Mcf of natural gas. The Commander 25-24-9-11 #1hxl, located at 25 9N 11W, south of Binger had a June 2021 spud date with completion in September.

Mewbourne Oil Company of Tyler, Texas completed the Baker 7 Cn 1h, at 7 13N 16W in Custer County and southwest of Custer City. Its production was 102 barrels of oil a day and 1,461 Mcf of natural gas from a drilling depth of 16,359 feet. The well had a spud date in August 2021 and completion was made in September.

Ovintiv Mid-Continent Inc. brought in another Kingfisher County well with production of 888 barrels of oil a day and 1,190 Mcf of natural gas from a site at 27 16N 8W located 6 miles west of the city of Kingfisher. The Chlouber Fed 1608 8h-16x was completed in June 2021 after a November 2020 spud date. The well had a drilling depth of 19,782 feet.

Calyx Energy III LLC reported completions of 3 wells on a single pad at 10 8N 12E southeast of Wetumka and combined gas production of 27,409 Mcf.

The Rapunzel 3-10-3wh, with a drilling depth of 15,404 feet was completed in October 2021 after a May 2021 spud date and production of 10,096 Mcf of natural gas.

The Rapunzel 1-10-3wh produced 8,400 Mcf of natural gas after a May 2021 spud date and completion in October.

The Rapunzel 2-10-3wh had production of 8,913 Mcf of natural gas from a drilled depth of 14,997 feet. Completion was made in October.

Calyx also completed the Pocahontas 1-16-4wh in October from a site at 21 8N 12E in Hughes County. It produced 10,848 Mcf of natural gas from a depth of 17,021 feet. The well had a July spud date.

Kingfisher County will soon see more oil and gas exploration according to some of the most recently-approved permits to drill from regulators.

Four permits were approved, two to Red Bluff Resources Operating LL of Oklahoma City and two to Hinkle Oil & Gas Inc. of Oklahoma City.

Red Bluff received permits for the SAMUEL 1505 #5-20MH and the SAMUEL 1505 #8-20MH, wells to be drilled at 20 15N 5W on a single pad 5 miles southwest of the town of Cashion.

Hinkle Oil & gas received one permit for the LINCOLN NORTH UNIT #44-5HO, a well to be drilled northwest of Crescent at 28 18N 5W.

The second Hinkle permit was for the LINCOLN NORTH UNIT #62-3HO, to be drilled at 02 17N 6W which is 6 miles east of Dover.

Paloma Operating Co. Inc. based in Houston received a permit for the ROSEWOOD 16-12N-7W #4MH, to be drilled in Canadian County at 15 12N 7W, which is at the east side of the city of El Reno.
