They’ve been long partners in providing electric power across much of Kansas but now Evergy and Kansas Electric Power Cooperative are not on so friendly terms.
In fact, they’re in a fight after KEPCo claimed it was being overcharged by Evergy for operation and maintenance of power plants that Evergy runs but supply power to customers of both companies.
