Air regulators in Colorado have adopted what is described as a “sweeping” set of rules slashing methane emissions from oil and gas operations in the state but environmentalists aren’t totally happy.
They’re called “first-in-the-U.S. rules” that give the industry leeway reports the Colorado Sun.
