Customers of Black Hills Energy Corp. in northwest Arkansas could see their monthly bills go up by nearly $9 if Arkansas regulators approve the utility’s rate hike request filed last week.
The move would affect nearly 180,000 customers in 20 counties according to a report by the Arkansas Democrat Gazette.
