The Baker Hughes Super Center in north Oklahoma City has a new owner.

Tenmark Holdings recently acquired the center that is comprised of three industrial buildings and an office building in a $43 million deal. The center is located at 12701 N Santa Fe Avenue in the city.

Led by Michael Schau of Los Angeles, Tenmark Holdings is also leasing part of the center back to Baker Hughes so it can maintain some offices in Oklahoma City.

The three industrial buildings comprise nearly 389,000 square feet while the office building is 92,000 square feet.

The Oklahoman reported Schau is one of the largest holders of industrial and aerospace property in Oklahoma.

Price Edwards broker Tre Dupuy told the paper, “Baker Hughes elected to consolidate into one of the manufacturing facilities (and) consolidated their office space down to a single floor of the office building.”

He added that Baker Hughes is “committed to maintaining a large presence at this location and OKC.”
