Farmers in Boone County, Iowa ended an information meeting on Monday about the Midwest Carbon Express pipeline by banding together to refuse easement offers for the $4.5 billion project that is designed for Nebraska, Minnesota, South Dakota and North Dakota reported the Ames Tribune.
