Enid fights multi-million dollar eminent domain fight over Kaw Lake pipeline

Enid city leaders might still be in a state of shock as they fight a more than $2.7 million eminent domain award in their efforts to build the Kaw Lake water pipeline.

The Enid News and Eagle reports a possible jury trial is ahead for the city as it tries to reach a settlement with a Garfield County landowner in the eminent domain fight.
