Colorado seen as national leader in methane emissions control

A report suggests that as U.S. environmental regulators create new rules to control methane emissions from oil and gas operations, whether it’s Oklahoma, Texas or North Dakota, they might take their cue from Colorado.

Reuters reports the state’s considered a leader in methane regulations since adopting rules several years ago.
