Chesapeake Energy Corporation announced that it will release its 2021 third quarter operational and financial results after market close on Tuesday, November 2, 2021.
A conference call to discuss the results has been scheduled on Wednesday, November 3, 2021 at 9:00 am EDT.
Chesapeake reported a $439 million net loss or $4.48 per diluted share in the second quarter on top of adjusted net income of $181 million or $1.64 per diluted share.
It finished the second quarter with $394 million net cash provided by operating activities and an unrestricted cash balance of $612 million. Its adjusted EBITDAX was $429 million.
It allowed the company to declare a quarterly dividend on common shares of 34 cents a share.
