Public Service Company of New Mexico proposes $300M in bonds

A plan to issue $300 million in bonds was announced by the Public Service Company of New Mexico as part of its move to pull out of the Four Corners Power Plant.

Company leadership maintains it will save $30n million to $300 million for customers over the long haul reported the Santa Fe New Mexican.
