Federal funding to help improve Lawton-Fort Sill airport

  Arkansas prosecutors rested this week after presenting their case against two men charged with defrauding investors in a failed wind farm deal. Crude oil spill reported at Port Arthur, Texas Terminal

  An oil leak from a rail car spilled an estimated 1,000 gallons of crude oil and went undetected for nearly 44 hours before being discovered at the Port Arthur Terminal in South Texas.
