Soil and seismic testing on the site of a proposed $3.5 billion natural-gas-to-liquid-fuels plant in southern Arkansas is about to begin.
GTL Americas LP of Little Rock announced this week the testing will be at the 1,800-acre site near the Arkansas River reported Arkansas Business.
