Landowners in southern Oklahoma contend there was conflict of interest when a state mining agency okayed several permits for operations near Ada.
Their claim arose over permits granted by the Oklahoma Department of Mines to several rock quarries. It all has to do with marriage according to Oklahoma Watch.
