Another big jump in oil prices hit the markets Monday as U.S. crude settled above the $75 a barrel level and European prices approached $80. Tagging along for the ride up were Oklahoma energy stocks.
West Texas Intermediate for November delivery rose $1.47 to finish the day at $75.45 a barrel.
Global benchmark Brent crude oil, also for November delivery went up $1.44 and closed at $79.53 a barrel on ICE Futures Europe.
The jump in oil prices resulted in Oklahoma energy stocks making the same kind of movement for the day. SandRidge Energy shot up more than 15% and PHX Minerals had a 10% climb for the day.

Energy Transfer LP (ET) up 0.35 at 9.63 – change 3.77%
Enterprise Products Partners (EPD) up 0.37 at 21.82 – change 1.72%
EOG Resources (EOG) up 3.71 at 81.81 – change 4.75%
ExxonMobil (XOM) up 1.71 at 59.30 – change 2.96%
