Colorado oil and gas operator hit with $2 million fine

Colorado energy regulators lowered the boom this week on oil and gas operator K.P. Kauffman.

The firm was fined by the Colorado Oil and Gas Conservation Commission more than $2 million for a series of spills and leaks reported Fox 31 news.
