Quake rattles SE Colorado and Oklahoma Panhandle

    Southeast Colorado was shaken by a 3.8 magnitude earthquake early Monday morning and the shockwave rumbled into the Oklahoma Panhandle, Southwest Kansas and the northern edge of the Texas Panhandle. $42 million in new highway contracts awarded by ODOT Commission
