Who’s drilling where in Oklahoma?

 

The number of drilling permits issued this week by the Oklahoma Corporation Commission shows no slowdown in exploration.

Travis Peak Resources LLC of Houston received permits for two wells on a single pad in Canadian County. The  ELMENHORST 1-12-11N-7W #2MHX, along with the ELMENHORST 1-12-11N-7W #3MHX .

The wells will be drilled at a site about 3 miles southeast of the city of El Reno.

Continental Resources received a permit for a Carter County well. The GALLAWAY #2-8-7-6XHM will be at a site about 6 miles north of Healdton.

The Oklahoma City company also has permits to drill two wells on a single pad in Garvin County. The RCL #4-19-30-31XHW and the RCL #3-19-30-31XHW will be located about 6 miles west of the town of Purdy.

Ovintiv Mid-Continent Inc. received permits for three wells to be drilled on a single pad. The PATRICIA ANN 0304 #2H-28,
PATRICIA ANN 0304 #3H-28 and the PATRICIA ANN 0304 #1H-28 will be drilled at a site several miles southwest of Purdy.

A Kay County permit was awarded Truevine Operating LLC. It will drill the STATE #2-36 which will be located about 3 miles northwest of Ponca City.

In Major County, Rox Exploration Inc. will drill the SAVANNAH #1-24H, a site about 4 miles due north of the city of Okeene.
Phoenix Midstream LLC received a McClain County permit to drill the BLANCHARD SWD #2, a site about 2 miles north of the city of Blanchard.
