A two year old fight over the efforts of the Nebraska Public Power District to cancel power purchase agreements with four wind farms in the state led to a federal appeals court ruling against the District this week.
The 8th Circuit Court of Appeals upheld a federal judge’s order that originally blocked the Power District from ending its purchase agreements.
