The Keystone XL pipeline that was supposed to bring more oil to Cushing and through Oklahoma had multiple problems with construction, manufacture and design according to a report by the Government Accountability Office.
Months after President Biden revoked the permit for the pipeline, leaders of several House Democratic committees released the report according to Reuters.
