** Cheniere Energy, Inc.  announced  that its wholly owned subsidiary, Cheniere Corpus Christi Holdings, LLC intends to offer, subject to market and other conditions, Senior Secured Notes due 2039. The CCH 2039 Notes will be fully amortizing according to a fixed sculpted amortization schedule with semi-annual payments of principal and interest.

** Southwestern Energy Company based in Spring, Texas announced that it is commencing, subject to market conditions, a registered underwritten public offering  of $1,000,000,000 aggregate principal amount of senior notes due 2030.
