Kansas utility wants big increase in natural gas bills

Radical environmental activists sabotage railway lines

  The FBI is investigating at least 41 incidents of railway sabotage in Washington state in the year and a half—sabotage that has resulted in derailed trains carrying crude oil. Another increase in crude oil prices
