Farmers, ranchers and environmentalists who fought the Keystone XL pipeline, a line first canceled by President Biden then by the developer TC Energy say they are not finished with their efforts.
They contend there is uncertainty and possible eminent domain court fights ahead. The Omaha World-Herald reports that the founder of a leading opposition group, Bold Nebraska, now wants more action in Nebraska’s regulatory agency, the courts and the Nebraska Legislature.
