US crude settles back close to $63 a barrel

Crude oil prices did a bounce back in Tuesday’s trading helping some Oklahoma energy stocks along the way.

West Texas Intermediate crude for June delivery rose $1.03 to settle at $62.94 a barrel in trading on the New York Mercantile Exchange.

Global benchmark Brent crude for June delivery went up 77 cents and closed at $66.42 a barrel in ICE Futures Europe.

May natural gas rose 8 cents to $2.87 per 1,000 cubic feet.

Of Oklahoma energy stocks, PHX Minerals Inc. had the best improvement of the day with a 7.69% gain on a 20 cent increase to $2.80.

SandRidge Energy had the second best improvement of the day with a 7.51% gain on a 29 cent increase to $4.15.

Cypress Environmental Partners LP recorded a 7% gain as shares rose 14 cents to finish at $2.14 for the day.

Alliance Resource Partners increased 3 cents for a 0.50% gain to $6.03.
Blueknight Energy Partners LP lost 1.25% on a 4 cent fall to $3.17.
Chesapeake Energy fell a penny to finish at $46.87 and a loss of 0.021%.
Cimarex Energy gained 1.58% on a 99 cent jump to $63.63.
Continental Resources finished up 22 cents for a 0.85% gain to $26.09.
Devon Energy Corp rose 27 cents to finish at $22.14 for a gain of 1.23%.
Enable Midstream Partners LP gained 2.56% on an 18 cent increase to $7.21.
Gulfport Energy Corporation gained 11.96% to finish at $0.06 cents.
Helmerich & Payne Inc. fell 23 cents for a 0.90% loss to $25.29.
LSB Industries Inc. lost 0.90% on a 6 cent slide to $6.58.
Magellan Midstream Partners LP dropped 9 cents to $46.33 for a loss of 0.19%.
Mammoth Energy Services Inc lost 1.17% on a 5 cent slide to $4.24.
Matrix Service Co. gained 0.46% on a 6 cent rise to $13.10.
NGL Energy Partners LP added one cent for a 0.48% gain to $2.10.
OGE Energy Corp. fell 42 cents for a 1.29% loss to $32.63.
ONE Gas Inc. dropped $1.69 for a 2.10% loss to $78.77.
ONEOK Inc. rose 42 cents for a 0.83% gain to $50.88.
Ovintiv Inc. increased 34 cents for a 1.50% gain to $23.
Unit Corporation added 5 cents for a 0.39% gain to $12.90.
Williams Companies dropped 3 cents to finish at $23.94 for a loss of 0.13%.
 
Other energy stocks were mixed according to the Texas Energy Report.

Diamondback Energy (FANG) up 1.86 at 79.32 – change 2.40%

Energy Transfer LP (ET) up 0.23 at 8.41 – change 2.81%

Enterprise Products Partners (EPD) down 0.01 at 23.27 – change 0.04%

EOG Resources (EOG) up 1.85 at 71.68 – change 2.65%

ExxonMobil (XOM) up 0.76 at 56.41 – change 1.37%

Kinder Morgan (KMI) up 0.09 at 17.00 – change 0.53%

Marathon Oil Corp. (MRO) up 0.26 at 11.04 – change 2.41%

National Oilwell Varco (NOV) up 0.10 at 13.58 – change 0.74%

Occidental Petroleum (OXY) up 0.19 at 25.09 – change 0.76%

Phillips 66 (PSX) up 1.60 at 78.10 – change 2.09%

Pioneer Natural Resources (PXD) up 2.10 at 151.07 – change 1.41%

Valero (VLO) up 1.30 at 71.82 – change 1.84%
