Electric vehicle user tax bill sent to Oklahoma Governor

 

An electric-vehicle use bill awaits the signature of Oklahoma Gov. Kevin Stitt to become law in the state.

House Bill 2234 was approved by the state Senate as a means of requiring EV users to pay for the use of highways and roads. It creates a three-cent tax per kilowatt hour to charge the electric vehicle reported the McCarville Report.
