Crude oil finished up again but still less than $60 in US trading

Crude oil prices rose less than $1 both in the U.S. and overseas in Tuesday’s trading.

West Texas Intermediate crude for May deliver still finished less than $60 a barrel, going up 68 cents to finish the day at $59.33 in trading on the New York Mercantile Exchange.

Global benchmark Brent crude for June delivery finished up 59 cents at $62.74 a barrel on ICE Futures Europe.

May natural gas fell 5 cents to $2.46 per 1,000 cubic feet.

Tuesday was mostly a down day for many Oklahoma energy stocks. NGL Energy Partners had the best day of them as it gained 6.25% on a 13 cent increase to $2.21.

Alliance Resource Partners, L.P. gained 1.36% on an 8 cent climb to $5.96.

Blueknight Energy Partners lost 4.57% on a 17 cent fall to $3.55.

Chesapeake Energy rose 55 cents for a 1.23% gain to $45.21.

Cimarex Energy gained nearly 2% on a $1.23 increase to $63.11.

Continental Resources went up 30 cents for a 1.17% gain to $26.02.
Cypress Environmental Partners LP was unchanged at $2.25.
Devon Energy gained 1.42% on a 32 cent increase to $22.78.
Enable Midstream Partners fell 4 cents for a less than 1% loss to $6.65.
Gulfport Energy gained nearly 7% to reach $0.051 cents.
Helmerich & Payne, Inc. finished up 4 cents at $26.89 for a 0.17% gain.
LSB Industries dropped 29 cents to $5.04 and a 5.44% loss.
Magellan Midstream Partners gained 1.05% as shares rose 47 cents to $45.05.
Mammoth Energy Services Inc dropped 9 cents to $5.55 and a loss of 1.60%.
Matrix Service Co. lost 0.54% on a 7 cent slide to $13.76.
OGE Energy Corp. fell 13 cents to $32.70 and a 0.40% loss.
ONE Gas finished unchanged at $77.32.
ONEOK, Inc. rose 23 cents to $51.26 and a gain of 0.45%.
Ovintiv Inc. finished up 75 cents for a 3.14% gain to $24.65.
PHX Minerals closed up 8 cents at a 2.84% gain to $2.90.
SandRidge Energy settled up one cent at $3.92 and a gain of 0.26%.
Unit Corporation gained 3.59% on a 45 cent increase to $13.
Williams Companies finished at $23.77 with a two cent increase and a gain of 0.084%.

The Texas Energy Report indicated other major energy stocks didn’t fare well on Tuesday.

ConocoPhillips (COP) up 0.37 at 52.58 – change 0.70%

Diamondback Energy (FANG) up 0.06 at 75.45 – change 0.07%

Energy Transfer LP (ET) down 0.01 at 7.81 – change 0.13%

Enterprise Products Partners (EPD) up 0.33 at 22.59 – change 1.48%

EOG Resources (EOG) up 0.51 at 72.30 – change 0.71%

ExxonMobil (XOM) down 0.16 at 56.34 – change 0.29%

Kinder Morgan (KMI) up 0.04 at 16.70 – change 0.24%

Marathon Oil Corp. (MRO) down 0.05 at 11.14 – change 0.45%

National Oilwell Varco (NOV) down 0.25 at 13.58 – change 1.81%

Occidental Petroleum (OXY) up 0.04 at 25.35 – change 0.15%

Phillips 66 (PSX) down 1.21 at 80.84 – change 1.48%

Pioneer Natural Resources (PXD) down 0.80 at 151.38 – change 0.53%

Valero (VLO) down 0.44 at 74.18 – change 0.59%
