Texas legislature moves to prevent natural gas ban suggested in Austin

The city of Austin, Texas, a place where liberals like to spread its reputation of being “weird” just got into a fight with the state legislature—a fight over a ban of natural gas use.

The GOP House of Representatives moved quickly this week to approve a bill that would ban natural gas hookups in new construction or utility services, something that California has done and other states have tried.

Oklahoma has done the same thing in preventing liberal-like cities from adopting bans on natural gas.
