Monday marked another down day for crude oil futures, both in the U.S. and overseas while Oklahoma energy stocks moved up in trading.

West Texas Intermediate crude for April delivery dropped 86 cents to $60.64 a barrel in trading on the New York Mercantile Exchange.

Global benchmark Brent crude for May delivery fell 73 cents to $63.69 a barrel in trading on ICE Futures Europe.

April natural gas rose 1 cent to $2.78 per 1,000 cubic feet.

Some of the Oklahoma energy stocks had a big day and three stood out with gains of 7%, 8% and nearly 10%.

The strongest gain was made by LSB Industries Inc. where stocks went up 43 cents to close at $4.88 for a gain of 9.66%.

NGL Energy Partners LP had a gain of 8.33% on a 20 cent increase to $2.60.

ONEOK Inc. gained 7.18% when shares rose $3.18 to $47.47.

Most of the other Oklahoma energy stocks saw gains as well including Alliance Resource Partners, L.P. where shares rose 12 cents for a 2.01% gain to $6.10.
