Legislators start work on solution to storm’s high utility bills

The political website NonDoc reports that legislators named last month to explore the expected high utility bills from the February winter storm have finally begun their work on the issue.

NonDoc stated that Sen. James Leewright (R-Bristow) and Sen. Zack Taylor (R-Seminole) told media last week that they have met privately with Attorney General Mike Hunter, Gov. Kevin Stitt and House leaders for more than 18 hours over 11 different meetings.
