Increase in crude storage reported at Cushing

 

Crude oil supplies in the U.S. rose in the past week including the stocks at the Cushing, Oklahoma storage hub.

The American Petroleum Institute reported late Tuesday that the amount of crude stored in Cushing increased by 732,000 barrels in the week that ended Feb. 26.
U.S. crude supplies increased by nearly 7.4 million barrels while gasoline stockpiles dropped by 9.9 million barrels. Distillate inventories also fell by 9.1 million barrels.
