After two years of planning, a new transportation plan targeting Northwest Arkansas with improved highways to be built over the next 25 years has been unveiled.
The Northwest Arkansas Regional Planning Commission released its 2045 Metropolitan Transportation Plan. The Northwest Arkansas Democrat-Gazette reported it will serve as a guide including highways, public transit and bicycle and pedestrian facilities.
