ONEOK, Inc. announced this week its board of directors had approved a quarterly dividend of 93.5 cents per share.
The dividend was unchanged from the previous quarter and resulted in an annualized dividend of $3.74 per share.
The dividend is payable Feb. 12, 2021, to shareholders of record at the close of business Feb. 1, 2021.
The Tulsa-based company will release its fourth quarter and year-end 2020 earnings report after the closing of markets on Feb. 22, 2021.
ONEOK’s executive management will participate in a conference call the following day at 11 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (10 a.m. Central Standard Time) on Feb. 23, 2021. The call also will be carried live on ONEOK’s website.
