Legislator says it’s time Kansas had an official energy plan

 

Kansas is one of only 8 states in the U.S. without an official energy plan and Rep. Mark Schreiber, a Republican from Emporia says it’s time the state had one.

Schreiber is now vice-chair of a Kansas House committee on Energy, Utilities and Telecommunications and wants to help develop one, according to the Wichita Eagle.
