Phillips 66 to Announce Fourth-Quarter Financial Results

Phillips 66 says it will announced its fourth-quarter 2020 finance results in late January.

The Houston-based company said it will hold a conference call webcast at 11 a.m. CST on Friday, Jan. 29 to discuss the results which will be released earlier in the day.

The company reported a third-quarter 2020 loss of $799 million, up from the $141 million loss it suffered in the second quarter of the year. But it said $798 million in the third quarter was primarily an impairment related to the planned conversion of its San Francisco refinery to a renewable fuels plant and that the company really only experienced an adjusted loss of $1 million compared with a second quarter adjusted loss of $324 million.

To access the webcast, go to the Phillips 66 Investors site, http://www.phillips66.com/investors, and click on “Events and Presentations.” A replay of the webcast will be archived on the Investors site approximately two hours after the live call, and a transcript will be available at a later date.
