Oklahoma City’s LSB Industries, Inc. will take part in virtual meetings with investors at the upcoming UBS Chicago Virtual Agricultural and Industrial Chemicals Conference.
LSB’s President and CEO, Mark Behrman will host the meetings on Thursday, Dec. 10 starting at 8 a.m. Central Time. The company announcement indicated he will be available for one-on-one meetings throughout the day.
Behrman has been President and CEO since December of 2018. He previously was LSB’s Executive Vice President and CFO. Behrman is also the Lead Independent Director of PHX Minerals, formerly Panhandle Oil and Gas Inc.
LSB recently took part in two other virtual conferences as it attempted to attract more investors. One was the Bank of America Merrill Lynch Leveraged Finance Conference. The other was the Sidoti Virtual Microcap Conference.
