Growing water need in Permian Basin

 

The September announcement by Tulsa-based NGL Energy of an expanded water solutions program in the Delaware Basin of southeastern New Mexico and far West Texas is an example of a growing need for water handling in the region’s oil and gas exploration projects.

Drilling operations might have slowed dramatic in the Permian Basin due to the Covid-19 pandemic, but the investments in the water midstream developments continued to see growth.

Companies like NGL have continued bringing on line the capabilities of handling the critical water supplies in the region.
