New Mexico leader joins others in criticizing methane emissions rules–says they’re filled with loopholes

The Associated Press reported that Tim Eichenberg joined a list of what it described as “socially responsible investment groups” that contend there are gaps in the proposed emissions regulations. The regulations are those proposed by the New Mexico Environmental Department and its Energy, Minerals and Natural Resources Department.
